About This Policy
This storefront runs on Qynko. Qynko's platform refund policy applies to every purchase from every creator. If the creator's own policy says something different, this policy applies. The creator may still choose to refund you in a case this policy does not require.
Whatever the reason, a refund is always 100% of what you paid. You are never charged for a refund.

When You Are Refunded
| What you bought | You are refunded when | You are not refunded when |
|---|---|---|
| 1:1 session | The creator cancels or does not hold the session (automatic). You cancel at least 24 hours before the session starts. | The session is held. You cancel less than 24 hours before the session, or you do not join a session the creator attends. |
| Webinar or live event | The host cancels or does not show up (automatic). The host joins more than 15 minutes late and you ask within 24 hours of the scheduled end. | You do not attend. |
| Video course | You ask within 3 days of purchase and have not opened any lesson or content. | More than 3 days have passed, or you have opened a lesson or content. |
| Digital product | You ask within 3 days of purchase and have not downloaded or opened it. | More than 3 days have passed, or you have downloaded or opened it. |
| Paid community | You ask within 3 days of your latest payment and have not entered the community or used its invite links in that paid period. | More than 3 days have passed since your latest payment, you have accessed the community in that period, or the request is for an earlier payment. |

Always Refunded
Whatever the table says, you get a full refund if:
- the service was not delivered, or is materially different from its description;
- the creator cancels a session or event, or does not show up;
- the creator removes a course, product or community you paid for and your access is not restored (you are refunded for the access you lose);
- your payment was captured but the purchase was not completed, or you were charged twice; or
- Qynko cancels your purchase for any reason other than your own fraud or serious breach of Qynko's Terms & Conditions — for example, the creator's fraud or breach.
4
1:1 Sessions
- If the creator cancels, or does not hold the session (does not join), you are refunded in full automatically.
- To cancel yourself, raise a support ticket at least 24 hours before the session starts for a full refund.
- A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the session is not eligible, and if you do not join a session the creator attends, you are not refunded.
- A session that is held is not refunded, except under Always Refunded.
5
Webinars and Live Events
- If the host cancels or does not show up, you are refunded automatically.
- If the host joins more than 15 minutes late, you can ask for a full refund through a support ticket within 24 hours of the scheduled end.
- If you do not attend, you are not refunded.
6
Courses, Digital Products and Communities
- Ask within 3 days of your purchase, or for a community, within 3 days of your latest payment.
- Once you have opened a lesson, downloaded or opened a product, or entered a community or used its invite link, the purchase is not refundable, except under Always Refunded. Qynko and the creator may check the information available, such as course progress, to confirm this.
- For communities, only your latest payment can be refunded. There are no refunds for earlier paid periods or for the rest of a paid period.
7
How to Ask for a Refund
- Step 1: Raise a support ticket to the creator from your purchase, with the reason.
- Step 2: The creator approves or declines it under this policy.
- Step 3: If you disagree with the creator's decision, or the creator does not respond, you can escalate it to Qynko at any time by writing to [email protected] with your order ID. Qynko decides escalated requests under this policy.
Refunds for creator cancellations, creator no-shows for 1:1 sessions and webinars, and failed purchases are made automatically. You do not need to ask.
8
How Refunds Are Paid
- Automatic refunds for cancellations and creator no-shows are credited in full to your Qynko balance, which you can use for purchases on Qynko. You can ask [email protected] to send such a refund to your original payment method instead, and we will do so.
- Refunds approved on request are paid in full to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking).
- A failed purchase, where your payment was captured but the purchase was not completed, is refunded automatically to your original payment method. If that refund has not arrived within 7 working days, or you were charged twice, contact [email protected].
- Once a refund is approved, Qynko starts it promptly. Your bank usually credits it within 5–7 working days; some take up to 10.
- Payments older than 6 months cannot be refunded through the payment gateway, so Qynko refunds them by bank transfer.
9
Disputes and Your Rights
- If you disagree with Qynko's decision on an escalated request, write to [email protected] with your order ID within 7 days of that decision to ask for a review. We review evidence from you and the creator.
- Qynko's decision is final for the purposes of this platform, without prejudice to your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- If you are still not satisfied, write to our Grievance Officer, Akshoy Duya (Founder), at [email protected]. Consumer complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within one month.
