Privacy Policy

This storefront runs on Qynko, a platform operated by Procellence Technology, a sole proprietorship in West Bengal, India (proprietor: Mou Das Duya; GSTIN 19HKNPD4604R1ZF). In this notice, "Qynko", "we" and "us" mean Procellence Technology.

Qynko is responsible, as Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, for the personal data it processes to run the platform. When you buy from a creator, the creator also receives your details and is responsible for how they use them.

• Account data: Your name, email address and phone number when you sign up, sign in or check out.
• Purchase data: What you bought, when, the amount paid, invoices, refunds and support tickets. Card and bank details for payments are handled by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not receive your full card number. If we refund you or pay out your Qynko balance by bank transfer, we collect the bank account details you give us for that transfer.
• Access and usage data: Course progress, session and webinar attendance, community activity, and how you use our pages, including session recordings with form inputs masked.
• Device and security data: Your IP address, browser, operating system and device type, and, where we record them, security logs of sign-ins and purchases.
• Attribution data: Ad-click identifiers and campaign parameters (such as gclid, fbclid and utm parameters) from the link you arrived by.
• Messages: Messages you send to the creator or to our support team, and posts in communities.

• To create your account and sign you in, including by one-time password (OTP) or Google sign-in through Google Firebase.
• To process your payment, give you access to what you bought, and deliver sessions, webinars and communities.
• To handle refunds, support tickets and disputes, and to apply our refund policy.
• To send messages about your purchase, such as confirmations, reminders, access links and refund updates, by email, WhatsApp and in-app notification.
• To prevent fraud and keep accounts secure.
• To understand how our pages are used, improve them, and measure advertising.
• To keep tax and accounting records and meet our legal obligations.

• When you buy from a creator, your name, email address, phone number and purchase details are shared with that creator and added to their contacts on Qynko.
• The creator uses them to deliver your purchase and support you, and may send you updates and marketing about their services by email or WhatsApp.
• You can opt out of a creator's marketing at any time by contacting the creator, or by writing to [email protected]. Messages about a purchase you made continue while they are needed.
• Creators must use your details only for these purposes and must not sell them. A creator who exports your details outside Qynko is responsible for them.

For security and fraud prevention, we may record your IP address, device and browser details and the time of sign-ins and purchases. These logs are used only to prevent and investigate fraud and to respond to lawful requests. They are not shown to creators.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with service providers who process it for us:

• Hosting, sign-in and storage: Google Cloud and Firebase; MongoDB Atlas (database).
• Payments and refunds: Razorpay.
• Messages: Brevo (email) and Meta WhatsApp Business Platform (WhatsApp).
• Sessions and communities: MeetHour, Agora, Google Meet and Google Calendar (live sessions and scheduling); Telegram (community access).
• Analytics and advertising: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity.
• Security and reliability: Google reCAPTCHA (bot protection) and Sentry (error monitoring).
• AI features: OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Gemini, where a creator uses AI features, such as an automated chat assistant, to answer your messages.

Some of our service providers process data outside India, for example in the United States or the European Union. We transfer data only as permitted under Indian law.

• Strictly necessary: Sign-in sessions, checkout and security. The storefront does not work without them.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity record how pages are used; Clarity masks form inputs.
• Advertising: Google Ads and Meta Pixel, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measure the results of Qynko's ads and may be used to show you Qynko's ads on other sites.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you have the right to:

• Information: Get a summary of the personal data we process about you and who we have shared it with.
• Correction and erasure: Have your data corrected, updated or erased, subject to the retention periods above.
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent, such as for marketing, at any time.
• Grievance redressal: Complain to our Grievance Officer about how your data is handled.
• Nomination: Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy on Qynko. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has an account, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
